We monitor the knitting/ weaving of the yarn, supervise the dyeing and approve each and every batch of fabric sent into our production lines. As such we are able to guarantee the quality of our fabrics and ensure it is defect free and up to your requirements.

We pay special attention to the beginning of each production, and every first cutting is made under the supervision of our Division Manager. Daily in-line inspections are then carried out by our Quality Controllers, prior to the final inspection once the full order has been processed. Our standards and procedures follow the like of the main Inspection Companies and we usually set our standards to a 2.4 AQL unless otherwise required by clients.
